The hotel offers wonderfully warm service, especially at breakfast. The cafe owner's piano serenade created a lovely atmosphere during our morning coffee. Highly recommend for travelers seeking charm.

It was really really nice stay, I didn't want to leave and would love to stay here again. All the staff were superfriendly, very welcoming. I had appetising food for breakfast with even a gluten-free option😀❤

I had an very nice time at this charming inn! The location was excellent. I could easily walk to historic attractions like Museo Cappella Sansevero. Breakfast at the nearby café was such a good experience, with tasty croissants and even some live entertainment from the owner!

Charming historic building

The beautifully designed room featured an very nice waterfall shower and a comfortable bed. The location was a huge advantage, just steps away from amazing museums and churches, and a variety of good restaurants serving affordable Neapolitan pizza. Nevertheless, the staff stood out for their attentive and friendly service.

Just a decent option for a short stint in Naples with great value-to-price ratio. The charming atmosphere made the stay enjoyable, especially the breakfast with fresh pastries. Remember to pace yourself while climbing the stairs after a long day!

Staying at santa chiara inn was a great experience. The location was fantastic, close to the historic city center. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast at pin'8 was a nice touch with some occasional entertainment that added to the charm.

I loved the cozy vibe of the place, especially with the nice breakfast at Pin'8 and the fun little entertainment from the bar owner. There are great spots to unwind, like relaxing in the common area or enjoying some downtime in the beautifully decorated room. The only hiccup was climbing multiple flights of stairs, which might be a challenge for some guests, but it wasn't a big deal for us 😊

Family with children friendly vibe

The room was centrally located and clean, a pleasant surprise in such a historic place. The atmosphere felt cute, like stepping into a new world, you could feel the essence of the city all around.

It wasn't expensive, but more than I'd like to pay for constant stairs.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. the location was magnificent and wonderful, in the heart of the town. I had really nice days staying at this central venue.

This place has a wonderful location next to a historic site and surrounded by restaurants, and the staff is remarkably friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location 📍, close to the city center, airport, and the main historic area. I was impressed with everything; definitely coming back if I'm in the area again!
